Feature Request: add symbolic link functionality in the UI

What

I would like to be able to add a symbolic link in the Studio user interface.

Why

Allows for support of plugins and/or themes that are being locally created.
This will enable faster theme & plugin development without the user needing to know how to use/implement symlinks in command line.

How

1. On the Studio Overview tab, add new sections for "Plugins" and "Themes"
2. Add buttons for "Add Plugin Folder" and "Add Theme Folder" (one per section)
3. When clicked, open Explorer/Finder and allow the user to select a folder.
4. This will then be parsed for a valid theme/plugin structure and, if valid, then added as a symlink in the OS between the target folder and the Studio folder.

Is there anything that prevents you from using system-level symlinks? How would this feature improve your experience?

No. Nothing is preventing system-level symlinks.
This would allow me to bypass that function with a UI. Using the UI will be easier.

How would this feature improve your experience?

This feature would allow non-developer users (like myself) to leverage a UI to add symlinks without needing to know the command line prompts or full path to make it happen. I'm vibe coding plugins, and am not a full-time developer.

This is really a "nice to have" feature and I don't know enough about the Studio user base to know if this is something valuable enough for the community to add it.

If I'm bored, I might vibe code the solution and then submit as a feature/pull request for review.
