The buggy behavior

what happened?
i was using my PC just normally, Studio and the sites in it was running
then I just restart the PC without closing the apps
i open the studio app again and this is what i was faced with
plugins got kind of disabled, but they still work as you can see, elementor plugin looks disabled but it still works as you can see the elementor item in the sidebar menu. other previously active plugins also have the same issue.
why i try to activate the plugins, it shows the error shown in the video.
al the plugin files do exist in the plugins directory!!! the error is just bs.
also the site is slow af.
the app is supper buggy and slow.

i don't have log or anything anymore.

This is how slow it is compared to wampserver

it gets slower and slower over time and when you just do anything in the website. you install woocommerce for example, it gets slower. i'm not talking about woocommerce itself making the site slower. this is only about studio app and not on other apps or servers. that website in the video is just a freshly made site and is super slow compared to the one in wampserver.
