Bringing BBPress Support in Newspack Theme

I have been using Newspack theme on my website since it was launched and after that I don't like any theme.

The theme is well optimized for search engine, well organized, and great features for everything what a news publisher or a blog website requires these days.

Now, since news website, especially local news websites (for which the Newspack was created) are community driven, the theme should must have a feature to create a community where different users can explain there point of view in short and easy way and also the website owners can also initiate a discussion around a topic in short way.

And I believe forum is the best way to that.

@SanjayKumarMonu Feature you mentioned qualify to be incorporated in a plugin, rather than in a theme.
