The Newspack plugin adds a “Byline” option in the post settings (see screenshot below).
This works correctly on the homepage when using newspack-blocks:
However, the byline does not appear on the single post template, even when the option is enabled:
It seems the byline is not being rendered in the single template, only in block-based listings like the homepage. Is this expected behavior, or should the byline also be available on single posts?
