The simulation failed due to mesh disappearance. verion 0.3.1 #160
Description
With the new update, many cases fail due to a mesh error that was completely fine in the past version. i will try to provide a simple example in a fork for this issue, mean while it is clear as others report that too. same mesh in same windtunnel_3d.py simulation will disappear in newer versions causing simulation to fails. works fine with previews version. i am not sure when problem started as i test with 0.2.1 (works) and 0.3.0 (not work) mesh disappear. something between these versions change about the mesh.
