[PHB24] Typos and Fixes

• - Some spells (e.g. Command) have bad formatting (likely due to bad interaction between ul class="unstyled" and p class="indent"). Reported by the user @nothing9797 on Discord.
• - Mounts are broken due to empty cells in the table. Description must use references (needs testing first). Reported by the user @carnagelp on Discord.
• - Wood Elf uses speed stat instead of innate speed.

It does calculate correctly for me, but there's also an issue with the relevant stat. My assumption would be you have a feature or item that adds or gives speed and it has problem with that stat, not sure.

There are barbarian levels indeed, but it does not add up still - I am expecting 35+10, but get speed 50 instead

it gives me 40ft, which isn't correct either, but it goes back to my assumption that there's an issue with a stat. I already added it to the list
