Create CI "Build Driver Validation" for https://github.com/Arm-Examples/Safety-Example-Infineon-T2G/tree/main/Test.
Keep it super simple!

Name should be Build_CMSIS_DV / Run_CMSIS_DV

Is the CI test working? Is the Run test using the right image for Driver validation?

The run workflow Run_CMSIS_DV.yaml is using the artifact: CMSIS_Driver_Validation@Release created by the
Build_CMSIS_DV.yaml

Testing the run workflow is not possible due to the missing self-hosted runner.
