Arducam IMX316 ToF camera module with RPI4 issue

Hi~ we have tested Arducam IMX316 ToF camera module and are confused on:

1. There are a big different distance results with three roi on same object(smooth plane) as attached pictures:
   
   
   
2. Are any Python API with people detection ?? when does it created or released ??
3. Are any Python more detail SDK commend and parameters explanation??
