[Bug] 原油、细雪、水可代替熔融宝石，执行熔融宝石的有关时移配方

Existing behavior - 现有行为

如题，向炼药锅中添入水、原油或细雪（满桶），然后直接铁砧砸锅，可以获得异彩块；如果加入绿宝石、红宝石等，则可以获得对应的宝石块。
不可执行时移配方的液体，如岩浆、水泥，则不会触发配方。

Expected behavior - 预期行为

符合配方描述，只能用熔融宝石执行此类操作，其它液体不能充当熔融宝石
