What type of MOSFET?

I'm interested in your device, but I need to know what type of MOSFET is required from the parts list so I can get all the required pieces. ~sorry this is the only way I could find to contact you - your website uses a non-working email link.

Hey if you are still curious, I'll have to check but I've been using the micro, which doesn't use one, just 2 5v LEDs that are powered and controlled directly via the Arduino.
