Add copy paste function for Map elements like Areas

Problem Statement

1. The current Antares-web lack the feature present in the desktop version of Antares Simulator, the ability to copy and paste elements. This makes creation and expansion of the model quick and easy.

2. Add the ability to edit map elements like areas, this is similar to the inspector feature in the desktop version. Currently I cannot change area names once created.

Proposed Solution

• Add a feature/selection menu when an element is selected to allow for renaming, copying, pasting and any editing features.
