ngc is occupied for @angular/compiler-cli

Your pakage ngc is messing with @angular/compiler-cli (its executable named also 'ngc'). Very confusing, thought.

Agreeing with @PFight (stumbled into this issue myself).
I don't know the chronology of events but as the @angular/compiler-cli is getting more and more exposure and usage, such a name conflict is going to raise a lot of angry issues/posts. So, imo,
it'd be best if the executable is renamed.
