Web based GUI for AngraDB

Must allow:

- create db
- create document 
- list all documents

According to Breno, we should implement this issue using AngularJS and NodeJS.

Breno also presented another nice idea: besides the HTTP interface, he will also implement an Electron based desktop user interface.
