Policy Server local

While exploring both master branch and UMA branch I found it really hard to understand the schema for client policy but once I got the hang of it, was really impressed. If you intend to make UMA version main branch some day, please provide documentation on explaining schema.

What I liked about PolicyServer.Local was the simple version of policy schema. However it was intended to keep authorization in application itself. What's great about Policy Server1 is that it allows for centralizing authorization.

Is it possible to have version of Policy Server1 which extend the policy Server local version of schema?

Never mind on the last part of my quesiton. I think the UMA version should cover my ask.
