Test-CcmSQLCELog logic issue

In my environment this log is fairly verbose even with debug mode turned off and the clients are operational.
The function as is will reinstall the client. Does this logs existence still indicate an issue?

Maybe it would be better if the function would search the log for an indicator of a known

problem such as "Max active concurrent sessions" and "Waiting for one of them to finish."?
