How to invoke for only a single frame?

How can I call the main.py to only produce a single frame (frame.jpg) and close the sever?

#add this line:

run_once = 1 #Enable to only save a single frame per script call#

#modify the processImag function with the below addendum

def processImage(img):
'This function is invoked by the MJPEG Client protocol'
# Process image
# Just save it as a file in this example
f = open(config['filename'], 'wb')
f.write(img)
f.close()

if run_once:
    try:
        with open(config['filename']):
