Not need hidde top folders list bar & add tags

when we select some folder in top bar, then top bar be hiddened.

I propose not hidde top bar, because this reguire unwanted click to back for select other folder

& add ability assign tags or just replace folders to tags like in this app https://f-droid.org/packages/com.yogeshpaliyal.deepr
