invalid plugin yml and noclassdeffounderror

I was getting a NoClassDefFoundError, so I added the jar to my plugins folder, then I get invalid plugin yml. I'm imported and exported the jar correctly.
Note: I'm using v1.1 snapshot on spigot 1.8.8
