Add automated detection and policy for low-quality AI-generated PRs flooding the repo.

  • Install peakoss/anti-slop GitHub Action (user signal checks, honeypot, file protection)
  • Add AI contributions policy to CONTRIBUTING.md
  • Add honeypot trap to PR template
