workflow to run code in CO docker image?

consider this just a placeholder for now, but at some point it might be nice to have an example of how to add some basic CI testing to a code ocean capsule repo, in the environment of the docker image from the code ocean registry rather then building an environment from requirements.

This would involve something like using credentials to access the image at registry.codeocean.allenneuraldynamics.org/capsule/{capsule_id}, and calling docker run with a suitable run command.
