This isn't unique to mouse.

Or we remove it form the subject and only use the data_description field.

Restrictions come through MTAs for either mouse lines, particular subjects, reagents, etc. We don't yet have a way to ingest this information. But it doesn't make sense to have it in the mouse specific class, and maybe not even in the subject class.

Yeah this would be good to centralize in data_description. Do you want to deprecate it in Subject right away? I think there's no reason not to and I have the infrastructure in place for that.
