Pandas version causes conflict with numpy >= 2.0

See this issue I just logged in the aind-metadata-viz repo:

Summary:
The pinned version of Pandas here requires that we also pin Numpy at < 2.0. Pandas 2.2 is now over 2 years out of date. Can we update the Pandas dependency?
