[PWGDQ] added comparison of MFT and MCH tracks at reference planes

The muon global alignment task is extended by adding an optional comparison
of the MFT and MCH track parameters at two reference planes.
By default, the two planes are chosen at the front of the MFT and the
front of MCH, but the z positions are configurable.

This allows to compare the measured track parameters of one tracker with
the extrapolated track parameters of the other one.
