clear alarms state

Hi Alex, great package. I cant seem to get clear_alarms_state to clear alarms and reset the LED. Once I have an error I move to a safe position and reset, but they are still being held as active errors. Have I mis-understood the purpose of clear_alarms_state?

As I've mentioned in other issues I no longer have access to a robot to try stuff out myself. I don't event seem to be able to access the documentation I once used to implement the library. But it sounds like you've understood the feature correctly. As to why it doesn't work, I'm not sure. Some parts of the interface were poorly documented and some things never worked when implemented according to the docs. I'll leave the issue open if you or someone else finds a solution.
