We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our community include:
- Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people
- Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
- Taking responsibility, apologizing for mistakes, and learning from them
- Focusing on what is best for the community
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Publishing others' private information (such as email, physical address) without explicit permission
- Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior. They will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior deemed inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
This Code of Conduct applies to:
- All community spaces (Discord, GitHub, Discussions, Forums, etc.)
- Direct interactions in public and private spaces
- Events and official community activities
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by:
- Opening an issue
- Contacting maintainers directly
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
Community leaders will follow these guidelines in determining the consequences for any action they deem in violation of this Code of Conduct:
- Correction – A private reminder of our community guidelines.
- Warning – A clear warning that behavior is inappropriate.
- Temporary Ban – Removal from interactions for a set period.
- Permanent Ban – Removal from all community spaces permanently.
This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
