+## 1. Protected Marks
+
+The following names, logos, and acronyms are trademarks of AionSystem. They are used to identify our products, services, and brand:

+- **AionSystem™**
+- **AI/ON™**
+- **Sovereign Architect™**
+- **Hyperdiamond™** (in the context of AI architecture and frameworks)
+- **Vibe‑to‑Container™**
+- **Vibe‑to‑Pip™**
+- **The Vault™** (for the framework catalog)
+- **AI Reliability Snapshot™**
+- **FSVE™** (Foundational Scoring and Validation Engine)
+- **STP™** (Sovereign Trace Protocol)
+- The **AionSystem logo** (the crystalline/hyperdiamond mark)
+
+This list may be updated as new marks are adopted.

+## 2. Purpose
+
+These marks distinguish AionSystem’s official products and services from others. Clear trademark use helps the community know they’re getting the authentic, architect‑built foundation.

+
+You may use the word marks **nominatively** to refer to AionSystem products or services, provided:
+
+- The use is accurate and not misleading
+- You do not imply endorsement or sponsorship by AionSystem
