Onboarding: "Create New Prompt" navigates to home without opening creation modal

Bug

When a user is on the onboarding screen and clicks "Create New Prompt", they are navigated to the home page but the modal for creating a new prompt is not opened.

The user has to click again on "Create New Prompt" or "Create New App" to actually get started.

Expected Behavior

Clicking "Create New Prompt" on the onboarding screen should navigate to the home page and automatically open the prompt creation modal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign up / go through the onboarding screen
2. Click "Create New Prompt"
3. Observe: user lands on the home page with no modal open
4. User must click "Create New Prompt" or "Create New App" again
