feature request: add a "refresh" tool

Hi, first of all thank you for this amazing tool that took my workflow to the next level 👏

I’ve noticed that there isn’t a straightforward way to quickly refresh the current view or data without manually reloading the entire page.
This can be inconvenient, and In my case I’m working on a legacy stack that doesn’t support hot reload, so I have to manually refresh the page, and most of the time the agent overrides my instructions to wait for that to continue

A refresh tool would help users stay up to date with the latest information and streamline the workflow
