Boot Management

We should add a section on boot management including:

1. Use of systemd-boot and not grub
2. Rollback to previous state
3. Auto-rollback and under what conditions

Question: Where would kernel parameters go? Here or in a different section?

I think it would be wise to have 1 section including boot management and for now it would make sense to include the kernel parameters under that as it's related to booting.
