Missing status in Homey, Switchbot Lock Ultra

I have connected my Switchbot lock ultra with my Homey 2023.
I get the door lock tile in Homey, and wenn i touch the tile i Home i can choose to lock or unlock.

But i can't se the status off the lock in the tile.

I am sure, that i have had this visible / feature in an early installation.

What can i do ?

As the lock can have 3 states, it's not possible to show that in the tile. Instead, you can view the state in the information:

But i can't see the status of the lock in that screen. I can change the status from locked to unlocked and visa versa.

I am sure, that i shortly have had a tile where i could see the status.
The icon in the tile was not the ultra lock symbol. But after reeinstall i got the standard switchbot tile.

Are you sure you are looking on the correct screen?
Could you send me a screenshot of what you see?

I can't remember if I published the first version that just had a single button for lock / unlock, but the lock can have three states now if it is configured to use the night latch option. So that can be accommodated, I had to use three buttons, and that means the state can't be displayed on the tile.

Nope, sorry. The tile is very fussy about what it will show and is limited to certain predefined items. There are no tri-state capabilities in Homey that will do that.

I have similar problems with the SwitchBot Lock Ultra:

The door open/close status does not update correctly. It shows '4 days ago' despite the door being used yesterday.

The lock status (locked/unlocked) is visible in the device overview, but there are no 'AND' cards available to use this status as a condition in Flows.

The SwitchBot HUB is located 4 meters from the lock with a clear line of sight.

I want to rely on the internal sensor to replace my legacy external door sensor for a cleaner and more stable setup.

As far as the update issue is concerned, I have no idea. I have requested help from my contact at SwitchBot but they are very sporadic with their responses.

For the And card, you can use the Logic cards to check the tags for the device.

Thank you for the quick response and for all the work you put into this app. I tried the suggested solution, but the tag for the lock status (locked/unlocked) does not appear in the list. I only see 'Door Open' and 'Door Jammed'. Furthermore, the 'Door Open' status does not update or does so with a significant delay. When testing the card with the physical door open, the result remains 'false'. While I am very pleased with both the lock and Homey, these features are essential for this type of device. I hope a solution can be found soon.
