I am seeing some strange crash dumps in the portal, so I have asked Athom if they can shed any light on the situation.

I'm still investigating this issue. It appears I'm only getting crash reports from the cloud, but I can't see if it's a general issue or just one user as the reports don't include any identity.
I have published new versions to try and improve the error logging.

This is my Problem
I am currently experiencing a persistent issue with the SwitchBot integration in the Homey Cloud app.

The SwitchBot app inside Homey repeatedly crashes and shows errors such as “Invalid Homey Client ID”, “app instance has been destroyed”, and ECONNRESET when trying to connect to the SwitchBot service. As a result, SwitchBot devices (Lock Ultra) do not appear under Devices, and any flows or manual actions fail with an error.

This happens even after:
• Removing and reinstalling the SwitchBot app in Homey
• Logging out and back into Homey
• Restarting the Homey app and network
• Verifying that the lock and hub work correctly in the SwitchBot app

The issue appears to be a cloud-side authentication or API connectivity problem between Homey Cloud and the SwitchBot service, not a configuration or hardware issue on my side.

The problem and errors started for me on the 12/13th Dec. However, my switchbot devices started working again around 15th/16th. I am also able to go through the add device sequence without any errors, now. I am on Homey cloud Regards Simon Sent from Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/AAb9ysg>

Checking the crash logs again just now and it looks like the crashing has stopped. I have no reports in the latest version (since 18th Dec).

I still have problems with the app. I have 2 switchbot temperatur sensors (BLE) connected to Homey bridge. Before 9 december the reading of the sensors was max 10 minutes but since the version v50 and now v53 this is about an hour and more. Depence of the app has crashed.
Also when I try to go to the app switchbot there is an error and I must restart the Homey app.

I can see there you are still running version 2.0.50, so can you update it to the latest version 2.0.53 as that should fix the crashes. there is also a new test version 2.0.55 if you want to try that.

Sorry, the screenshot of v50 was taken on 10 december, I have v53 but it still crashes, new screenshot. The error of first screenshot is over since I have updated the Homey app this morning and could take a screenshot. Where can i see test versions?
