Issue in /src/pages/development/components/api-concepts.md

[Hexmage]

The first Example of an API interface implementation codeblock show incorrect docblocks for all the functions.
If used as an example for a module this would break the rest api schema.

Here you go, I marked the things that aren't correct in red. If you look at the current code base of magento, you'll see that this class has different docblocks.

@Hexmage seems correct to me. In core file it use full qualified path but in example they added use Magento\CatalogRule\Api\Data\RuleInterface at the top and in doc block just added class name
