Feature: Add the ability to delete all script versions

**Description**
I recently received a request to delete a script from the database. While it is easy to delete a single version of a script, there is no mechanism for a user to delete all the versions of a script in the database.

While this might be a rare thing to happen, it would be nice to offer this as a clean interface.
