Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch a previous version of AdGuard
2. Use AdGuard to fill in the statistics (‘Ads’, ‘Tracers’, and ‘Total’)
3. Update to the latest version of AdGuard
4. Start AdGuard and wait for about 20 minutes (or more)
5. Compare statistics with the previous version of AdGuard and the latest one

Expected Behavior

The statistics (‘Ads’, ‘Tracers’, and ‘Total’) did not decrease in the latest version of AdGuard after ~20 minutes (or more)

Actual Behavior

The statistics (‘Ads’, ‘Tracers’, and ‘Total’) in the latest version of AdGuard decreased after ~20 minutes (or more)
