No button to button remapping is supported at this time. The official Xbox Accessories app can be used for that.

This program is not just for remapping buttons to keyboard keys. It can also trigger an action when the Xbox button and/or Share button is pressed on the controller.

That is incorrect, as it only supports newer controllers, not the original 360 controller.
