Empty trayicon tooltip

Even though a tooltip is set here, when hovering over the ActivityWatch tray icon in windows 11 there is an empty tooltip displayed.

Submitted a fix in #115 — the tooltip is set in __init__ before the tray icon is shown, which on Windows 11 can cause the system tray backend to miss the tooltip registration. The fix re-applies the tooltip text after show() to ensure the platform picks it up.

This is a no-op on platforms where the tooltip already works correctly.

This should be fixed by #115, which re-applies the tooltip after show() to work around a Qt quirk on Windows 11 where the tooltip set before show() gets cleared.

The root cause is that QSystemTrayIcon.show() on Windows 11 resets the tooltip. The fix calls setToolTip() again after show() completes.
