Add AGENTS.md redirect to CLAUDE.md for agent-agnostic entry point

Agents that anchor on AGENTS.md (e.g., Codex) get routed to the
same instructions Claude Code loads automatically via CLAUDE.md.
One source of truth, zero duplication.
