Section naming convention and autopopluating to Datajoint

Goal:

1. Define the file naming convention for the image files (.czi or .tiff) and write it into a .md README file.
2. Write a script that takes as input the filenames and the text file (sorted filenames) and populate them into the Datajoin tables.
