(1) The conversion process needs to be moved to the cloud. Sid should do this. My understanding is that we can get one machine per slide, which will return between 0 and 4 images based on the number of scenes on the slide.
(2) We set up a text file that maps slides number and scene number to section number. Some sections are mssing and will need to be replaced with blank images - or "placeholders". The returned files need to be properly ordered with placeholdes inserted as required. This must be flexible, so that slides and placeholders can be replaced as needed.
