Finish up and fill the entites in:
https://github.com/ActiveBrainAtlas/Datajoint_Interface/tree/master/project_schemas/atlas_schema/pipeline. We're using the active_atlas_development database on db.dk.ucsd.edu

Litao, Yoav just explained the populate feature from datajoint. It looks like we will also need to get datajoint working with the existing database. I don't see why we can't use both datajoint and sqlalchemy. So work on the datajoint stuff also.
