Objection, I updated to 138 and the same performance occours.

@RohitKushvaha01 This is probably because Acode editor tab uses shadow dom and stylesheet needs to be applied it can't read the global ones. So I think we can skip rendering in shadowdom for welcome tab as we do for terminal.
