Vivichokes cannot be replanted

We need a way to either blacklist certain crops, especially if they lack a seed upon harvest, like Vivichokes, or we need a setting that enables soft harvesting in these cases, where they harvest and do not need a seed upon harvest in order to replant.
Or just switch them all over to soft harvesting every plant, and make the config for not replanting be "break" instead, which is essentially the same thing
