As discord server administrator I want RaffleBot to be able to resolve giveaways automatically at a specific time.
This should be possible in two ways
- Add a timer to an existing giveaway
- Add a duration parameter for creating a new giveaway
The exact duration format should be further evaluated in the future. For now a days, hours, minutes format should be fine.
