[FEATURE] Add a "standard" Az-RBSI AdvantageScope layout

Devise and distribute a "standard" Az-RBSI AdvantageScope layout that provides basic diagnostic information helpful for CSA's and Programmers when trying to debug a robot's behavior.

**Additional context**
We should get input from Az-FIRST CSA's about what diagnostic graphs and tables would be most helpful when approaching a robot for help during a tournament.
