Drums change tuning depending on samplerate

The drum modules appear to be only correctly in tune at an engine sample rate 44.1 kHz, however at high sample rates the tuning goes up.

Indeed that's the case as the binary headers are at 44.1kHz.
Haven't tried yet, but I have an idea about how to make them flexible in that regard.
