What is wrong or missing?

The configuration system is currently under-documented. Relationships between UserConfig, internal schemas, CLI overrides, defaults, and runtime resolution behavior are nnot documented.

Suggested correction or addition

Add documentation describing:

• Configuration hierarchy
• CLI override resolution
• Environment variable integration
• Historical vs realtime configuration differences
• Recommended patterns for adding new configuration fields

Include flow diagrams showing how configuration is resolved during runtime initialization.
