Description
ARC-029 Platform Migration to AWS
The platform currently runs on baremetal machines which is unstable, expensive in the long run, and unreliable.
We want to migrate to using AWS as our main service for deployment and platform.
Acceptance
- AWS should be used for each service
- each service should be containerized and deployed to amazon with github actions.
