🎨 UI/UX Improvement for Notes Page

The current Notes page UI is very basic and lacks visual hierarchy and user-friendly interaction. Content looks crowded and does not provide a smooth reading experience. The design can be improved to feel more modern, clean, and interactive.

Improve the overall UI and UX of the Notes page to make it:

More visually appealing
Easier to read
Responsive on all devices
More interactive and modern
