Generate specs for include_recipe

Currently when include_recipe is used, a spec is not created for that.

I'm not sure if this is possible. It is possible to get a list of all included recipes, but I'm not sure how to tell which ones were directly included, and which were included by included recipes.

And parsing the recipe file itself is not something I want to do.
