Can dnngp.main(SNP, pheno, batch_size, lr, epoch, patience, dropout1, dropout2, output, SEED, CV, part, NMearlystopping) return the correlation coefficient R2 in the main program. I want to use automatic parameter tuning Optimizer to choose the best parameter settings.
